I spent around a few minutes trying to get through the site, and it felt more annoying than it should have. The layout seems kind of messy, pages take a bit too long to load, and checkout feels clunky enough that I almost gave up.

I spent some time looking around blueforcegear.com, but something about the brand side of it just didn’t sit right with me.
The product info and reviews didn’t really give me enough confidence, and it felt harder than necessary to figure out whether I could actually trust what I was seeing. Maybe I’m being picky, but the lack of clarity felt kind of unnecessary.
When gear costs that much, I want to feel sure before I place an order. I didn’t get that feeling here, so I probably wouldn’t buy from them again.

"I placed my order thinking it would be..."
I placed my order thinking it would be on the way within a few days, but it basically just sat there with barely any updates. The tracking didn’t make much sense either, so I was stuck checking it and trying to be patient even though I really didn’t have much choice. The gear itself might be perfectly fine, but the whole shipping process took way longer than expected and was frustrating.

"Still frustrated after trying it again"
I really wanted this to work, but I just couldn’t get the fit right. I tried adjusting the straps a bunch of different ways, and they still felt awkward on me. The last time I wore it, they kept slipping almost immediately, so that’s kind of the impression I’m left with. Maybe it fits others better, but it just didn’t work for me.

I had a frustrating experience with the return process and trying to get warranty help. It felt sorta harder than it needed to be, and I didn’t feel like I got much support along the way.

"Decent gear, but customer service was slow"
I was excited about my order from Blue Force Gear since their stuff seems solid, but getting help afterward was kind of frustrating. I sent a couple emails and waited several days, but never really got a useful response. I understand companies get busy, but a quick update would’ve gone a long way. Not totally writing them off, but I’d think twice before ordering again

"Solid gear, but it shows wear over time"
I’ve been using it for a few months now, and overall it feels like good-quality gear. My take is that it’s built well for regular use, but the stitching did start to look a little rough sooner than I expected. Not a dealbreaker for me, but definitely something I noticed.

"Way too pricey for what you get"
I ordered from Blue Force Gear because I figured the higher price meant it was going to feel like a serious step up. it’s not bad gear, but it didn’t wow me either. My brother checked it out too and basically had the same reaction: decent, just not worth what they’re asking.
Once shipping and the extra costs were added in, the whole thing felt even harder to justify. I’ve bought similar stuff from other places for less money, and I can’t say I noticed any real drop in quality compared to this.
I’m sure some people are loyal to the brand and love it, but for me the value just isn’t there. Unless the prices come down quite a bit, I don’t see myself ordering from them again...

I placed my order because the website said the item was in stock, so I assumed it would ship quickly. A few days later, I was told it actually wasn’t available, and there wasn’t even a clear idea of when it might ship.
To me, that’s just frustrating, especially when you’re ordering gear because you need it soon. I’d rather they be upfront if something isn’t really in stock before taking the order. I probably won’t try ordering from them again.

"Got uncomfortable quickly"
I really wanted these to work, but after about an hour the straps started digging in and it just got worse as the day went on. By the end of the day, I was just relieved to take them off. They left me feeling disappointed.
